In August 2023, we started with a simple hypothesis: Transportation is broken because it lacks data-driven execution. We deployed two buses between Tirupati and Hyderabad to test our operational playbooks.
The result? We didn't just survive; we dominated. Today, with a fleet of 34+, we have proven that operational rigor scales.
